On behalf of our client, a dynamic investment firm based in Limassol, we are seeking a results-driven PSP Officer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing an expanding Merchant Portfolio, communicating with merchants and monitoring the performance of merchants. The ideal candidate will have experienced in a similar role, relevant qualifications and fluency in English.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage an expanding Merchant Portfolio. Represent your merchant profiles in discussions with Payment Solution Providers – hereinafter the “PSPs”. Assist to complete the on-boarding between the two parties.
- Responsible for variety of payment and banking solutions
- Communicate with our Merchants on an ongoing basis, to establish a close relationship and act as a business advisor by recommending payment solutions based on their company and business structure model.
- Monitor the performance of our Merchants by analysing financial data to suggest new payment solutions.
- Communicate with our PSPs on an ongoing basis, to keep up to date with their offerings and onboarding requirements.
- Monitor the performance of PSPs by analysing financial data to optimize the matching process.
- Supervise existing and ongoing relationships between our Merchants and the PSPs.
- Other duties as reasonably directed by the CEO or delegate.
Requirements
- University Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or any other related field.
- Working experience within the banking sector (preferably within an IBU) or within a payment service provider or to relevant position within an investment firm.
- Familiarity with complex corporate structures.
- Fluency in English both verbal and written. Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong client/partner relationship management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
