GAP Vassilopoulos Group is currently seeking to recruit a CRM Sales Administrator to be based at our Head Office in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily communication with Sales Executives and provide support when needed
• Research and provide insights to improve customer engagement and sales performance
• Support clients and address any inquiries as needed
• Maintain and update the CRM system
• Generate daily and monthly Excel reports
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Fluent in Greek and English
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is considered an advantage
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
