Our firm is seeking a transactional lawyer to join our Commercial and Corporate Department.
The ideal candidate will:

โข Possess the ability to research and apply their technical knowledge to various areas of law, including corporate and m&a, banking, finance, etc.
โข Demonstrate a strong ability to collaborate with colleagues and deliver tailored legal advice that helps clients achieve their business objectives efficiently.

๐ Law degree (any further qualification, eg LPC, will be considered an advantage).
โ๏ธMember of the Cyprus Bar Association.
๐ขAt least 3 years post-qualification transactional experience.
๐Fluency in both English and Greek.
๐ปComputer literate, excellent knowledge of MS Office and internet.
