The Arrears Management Unit is looking for a Qualco Administration and Reporting Officer to join the existing team. The selected candidate will primarily be one of the business administrators of the Bank’s Arrears Management System (Qualco Collections & Recoveries software – “QRC”), which supports the Arrears Management Portfolio and related processes.

Main Responsibilities
- Administration of QCR software and providing daily support to the business users
- Acquiring knowledge of all QCR software modules functionality and cooperation with the Qualco Business / IT Administrators and with the vendor when needed
- Understanding business needs and regulatory requirements and addressing those in terms of QCR software parameterization in the form of portfolio segmentation / strategies / workflows / processes and designing the relevant reports to produce and analyze date
- Design and generation of standard or custom reports in excel and / or SAS Eguide at aggregate and granular level, including appropriate KPIs, using information from Qualco and other sources
- Communicating with Business Divisions / Service Co / other Department’s Management and officers so as to evaluate the outcome of the analysis produced and assess the business and reporting needs
- Participation and conduct of projects within strict deadlines
- Preparation of relevant Regulatory reports within deadlines
- Provide support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools
- Managing timely the flow of information to users
Candidate Profile
- University Degree holder in the areas of Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Law, Management Information, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science or Data
- Analytics and other related subjects. A professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA etc.) will be considered and advantage
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint)
- Prior experience in Qualco Collection and Recoveries software and / or other reporting tools (e.g SAS Eguide) will be considered an advantage
- Experience in Business Analysis / Finance and business acumen
- Prior Experience in the Banking sector in debt recoveries / or credit related departments or in an advisory role will be considered an advantage
- Ability to understand and respond to business and regulatory requirements
- Organizational and interpersonal skills
- Creative approach to solving problems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Good analytical skills and structured way of thinking
- Process evaluation background - ability to identify and assess ways to improve processes
- Goal oriented and self-motivated individual with drive and initiative
- Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and written
