About The Property

About The Position

F&B Executive.
Under the direction of the F&B Manager, the candidate will assist in providing professional service to our guests, ensuring their visit to our F&B outlets will become an ultimate experience.
Responsibilities
Under the direction of the F&B Manager, the candidate will assist in providing professional service to our guests, ensuring their visit to our F&B outlets will become an ultimate experience.
Primary Role: Administrative support, financial planning and reporting, data management.
- As support to the FBM Oversee the operation in all outlets and intervien when necessary
- Maximising revenue and profitability
- Daily collaboration with Food and Beverage Coordinator
- Assit F&B Manager in coordinating and executing F&B special events such as buy outs
- Holds F&B Duty Manager role
- Prepare Budget, forecast recommendations for Manager of F&B
- Menu Engineering
- Assist in preparing and analyzing daily and monthly reports on sales, costs, and profitability of food and beverage outlets
- Contribute to the development of strategies to increase revenue, including up-selling, promotions, and events
- Track and manage guest checks, payment processing, and billing procedures
- Share weekly revenue figures against Budget and Forecast
- Prepare P&L critique for Manager of F&B
- Track outcomes of actions taken and prepare recommendations for Manager of F&B
- Guest feedback insight analytics
- OS&E orders
- Coordinate the training schedule in the department
- Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels for food and beverage supplies
- Health & Safety Standards: Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Foster positive working relationships across all departments to ensure operational success
Qualifications
About the Successful Candidate
- Experience of at least 2-3 years in a similar position either in a 5* hotel
- Hospitality Degree from a certified school in Greece or abroad
- Excellent written and verbal Greek and English communication skills
- Able to be organized, manage time wisely and work with little to no direct supervision
- Very high attention to detail
- Knowledge of an additional language
- Wine Knowledge will be valued
This role is based at our Amanzoe in the greater Porto Heli Area - Greece. While we are open to applications from international candidates, we ask that you already possess the right to live and work in Greece without the need for a company-supported work permit.
