We are looking for a creative Chef who will have a great understanding of producing high quality maki and uramaki rolls to the best standard, using great quality ingredients.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience within restaurant or hotel's sushi section
- Previous experience preparing sushi and sashimi
- Able to cut all type of fishes and manage to make maki and nigiri
- Helping create new recipes and write menus
- Desire to join a hotel to grow and develop with
