We are seeking a
dynamic, self-motivated Global Ecommerce Assistant to join our Team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and optimizing the performance of our global websites. Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day ecommerce operations, enhancing the customer journey, executing CRM strategies, coordinating trade calendars, and contributing to the overall growth of our digital channels. You will also manage the relationships with our paid media agency, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business goals, optimized for performance, and deliver strong ROI.
Key Responsibilities
CRM
- Lead the strategy and execution of CRM campaigns, focusing on customer segmentation, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities to maximize ROAS
- Optimise customer lifecycle management through personalized communications, including email and SMS.
- Design customer journey ensuring seamless execution.
- Develop and execute innovative activations to maximize sales and recruitment of customer database
Paid Media
- Collaborate with external agency to manage paid media campaigns, including performance marketing (PPC, social, and display)
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve revenue, acquisition, and retention goals
- Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics) to analyze campaign performance and report actionable insights
Trade Calendar & Ecommerce Strategy
- Support Ecommerce Manager to develop and manage the global ecommerce trade calendar, ensuring timely execution of promotions, new product launches, and seasonal campaigns
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align trade calendar activities with CRM and paid media strategies
- Analyze sell-through reports and provide insights to drive sales and customer engagement
Stock & Supply Management
- Work closely with supply chain and operations teams to monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability
- Support demand planning by analyzing sales trends, promotions, and product launches to anticipate stock needs
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze key KPIs across CRM, paid media, and trade activities, delivering actionable insights and recommendations
- Provide regular performance reports, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in CRM, Paid Media, or Ecommerce roles; experience in the beauty or skincare industry is a plus
- Proven expertise in managing paid media budget is a plus
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Klaviyo (or similar email/SMS platforms), and paid media platforms
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and marketing metrics to drive decisions
- Entrepreneurial spirit with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Native or fluent in English, with excellent command of both spoken and written language.; additional languages are a plus
