Eurobank Cyprus is currently operating a network of eight Banking Centers in Cyprus. Based on our solid financial results we continue our dynamic growth and our ongoing support of the Cyprus economy. We are currently seeking to recruit a professional individual for the position of Officer, Regulatory Reporting to be based in Nicosia.
Officer - Regulatory Reporting Department (Nicosia)
Main responsibilities
- Handling and maintenance of the Bank’s reporting tool. Liaising with vendor for resolution of possible issues
- Periodical testing, e.g., sample testing of data, to ensure the accuracy of the data gathered for the preparation of reports
- Enhancement of procedures followed in the collection of data for the preparation of reports
- Assistance in automation of new reports
- Preparation and timely submission of reports to the Central Bank of Cyprus and to the Bank of Greece (through the parent company)
- Assistance in addressing Regulators’ requests
- Keeping up to date with changes in regulations and requirements and incorporating such changes in the reports submitted as applicable
- Handling of ad hoc projects assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in economics/finance or a related degree. ACCA/ACA qualification will be considered as an advantage
- Awareness and understanding of the regulatory environment
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
- Proficiency in Greek and English Language
