What You’ll Do:
As the Tech Innovation Manager, you’ll be instrumental in supporting Startup Greece’s management team to drive initiatives that uplift the tech community and enhance Greece's position on the global stage. You’ll:
- Develop and implement strategies to foster technological innovation across our programs.
- Engage with and support startup founders, tech innovators, and aspiring entrepreneurs.
- Coordinate and contribute to events and initiatives that connect the tech ecosystem.
- Provide insights and analytics to guide program development and identify emerging trends in tech.
- Collaborate with a network of experts to democratize knowledge and increase accessibility for diverse groups.
- Design solutions that enable sustainability and scalability within the Greek startup ecosystem.

Your Expertise:
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- Holds a bachelor’s degree (or is completing a final year) in technology, business, or a related field.
- Is a proactive communicator, comfortable engaging with stake holders at all levels.
- Has a flexible and collaborative mindset, with a genuine interest in working within a fast-paced, international nonprofit environment.
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills, thriving in team settings and under pressure.
- Is fluent in English (Greek language skills are a plus).
