What does the job looks like?
The Graphic Designer will have the chance to:
- Create engaging designs for web pages, banners, social media assets, brochures, e-books, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
- Localize creative materials to adapt to various markets while maintaining brand integrity.
- Ensure all visuals meet brand guidelines and convey a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
- Maintain and enhance the appearance of websites by designing visually appealing and user-friendly elements.
- Optimize graphics for different devices and resolutions to ensure quality across all platforms.
- Work closely with content writers and other team members to translate concepts into effective designs.
- Present ideas and drafts to team members and stakeholders for feedback and revisions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop fresh creative ideas and campaigns.
- Keep up with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure designs remain innovative and impactful.
- Participate in training sessions or courses to develop new skills and meet the evolving demands of the role.
What will you need to be able to do the job?
- Minimum 2 years of professional design experience, ideally within a marketing or agency environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Procreate, or After Effects is a plus.
- Understanding of Web design principles, including HTML/CSS knowledge, is a plus.
- 3D and Motion Graphic skills and experience, especially in Cinema 4D, Blender or Spline, will be considered as a great advantage.
- Creative Expertise: Strong portfolio showcasing design work.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure all designs are polished, professional, and error-free.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Proactiveness and self-motivation with a passion for design and creativity.
- Strong communication skills to articulate ideas effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Open to feedback and eager to iterate on designs to achieve the best results.
