As a Hotel General Manager, you will drive the hotel’s vision and mission, and oversee all operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, team development, and alignment with the Group’s corporate strategy. This is an extraordinary opportunity for a passionate and results-driven professional to lead one of the island’s most renowned properties.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Lead and oversee the hotel's operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional luxury guest experiences.
· Align financial performance with the Group's strategic objectives, driving profitability and efficiency.
· Uphold the highest standards of quality, Health & Safety, and HACCP compliance across all departments.
· Manage talent acquisition, training, and development while fostering a motivated and well-supported team.
· Collaborate with the Head Office to strengthen brand presence and maintain effective partner relationships.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of hotel management experience in a 5-star hotel.
- Holder of a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Studies.
- Exceptional leadership, influencing, and relationship-building skills with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Proven ability to create memorable guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence.
- Demonstrated success in team leadership, guiding team members to achieve performance goals.
- Proactive mindset with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Eligible to work in the EU (EU citizen or EU work permit holder).
