Your challenges and mission
- Be the unsung hero of our Nicosia office. You’ll be the one who keeps the wheels turning, ensuring everything runs smoothly so our teams can focus on their awesome work. From managing day-to-day operations to keeping track of expenses, you’ll be the backbone of our office’s success.
- Make the paperwork disappear. Invoices, receipts, office scans – you’ll be the master of organisation, making sure everything is in its place and easily accessible. Think of yourself as the Marie Kondo of our HR department.
- Welcome new talent with open arms. You’ll play a crucial role in the onboarding process, helping new hires feel welcome and get settled in. From work permits to paperwork, you’ll ensure a seamless transition into the Deriv family.
- Be the bridge between departments. You’ll be the liaison with external partners and other Deriv offices, ensuring everyone is on the same page and working towards our common goals.

Requirements
- Diploma or university degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a related field
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to quickly master new systems and procedures
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
