We’re on the lookout for a passionate and motivated Fitness Trainer to join our dynamic team. As a Fitness Trainer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting members on their fitness journeys and contributing to innovative fitness programs. Main Responsibilities
· Create and execute individual and group training programs
· Adjust programs over time based on progress and feedback
· Provide demonstrations and explanations of exercises
· Supervise clients during workouts to ensure exercises are performed safely and effectively
· Providing health, nutrition and lifestyle advice, offering a holistic approach to fitness and wellness
· Ensure a safe workout environment by inspecting equipment and maintaining cleanliness
Key qualifications & skills
- BSc in Sports Science and Physical Education (TEFAA/SEFAA), a 4-year program from a recognized private college
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Functional and Pilates equipment
- Proven experience in leading group training sessions with focused on effective coaching techniques
- Excellent knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and coaching principles
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate members
- Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate varying members needs and program demands
