We're seeking a Senior Global Legal Counsel to support the day-to-day legal needs of the company’s business. As part of our thriving global Legal team, the Senior Global Legal Counsel will provide support to YNV Group. From drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex supplier and customer agreements to ensuring legal compliance on a global basis, the Senior Global Legal Counsel will provide legal support, solid advice and guidance to the business and its stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Assist with and/or handle a broad spectrum of transactional legal work related to YNV Group's operations on a global basis, while identifying, onboarding and managing external legal counsels in various jurisdictions as required.
- Understand the regulatory environment the company operates within, and provide solid legal advice in relation to incorporation, licensing and legal operational requirements in the various jurisdictions of operation.
- Draft, negotiate and review various legal documents and agreements relating to commercial supplier and customer transactions, including NDAs, LOIs, master service agreements, SLAs, etc.
- Collaborate with members of the global legal team on various projects and strategic initiatives.
- Respond promptly to internal requests, summarizing and communicating legal risks while allowing a balance of risk that conforms to the Group’s business objectives.
- Conduct research and provide advice and counsel to the business on legal solutions relating to all aspects of the Group’s expanding operations in all sites.
- Act as the key contact person for IP related issues across YNV Group, including trademark portfolio handling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Law, preferably with a specialism in commercial or IP law.
- 10 + years of proven post-qualification experience in legal practice, either in a large law firm or as in-house counsel advising large local and multinational corporations ideally engaging in the technology industry.
- The ability to work within and navigate a global and matrixed organization and team structure, forming strong working relationships with internal and external business stakeholders at all levels, while adhering to the legal standards required for the Group’s legal compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively relay large amounts of information in a concise and plain manner.
- A business-oriented attorney with a legal business partner mindset with an understanding of general corporate, commercial, IP, IT, Cybersecurity and privacy law. The ability to drive problems towards practical and legally compliant resolutions while applying experience, common sense, and legal knowledge to all that they do.
- Attention to detail and excellent contract review, drafting and negotiation skills, including the ability to work on and customize standard templates, adjusting these to specific business needs where required.
- Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills with the demonstrated ability to work efficiently and independently on a variety of complex matters under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Spanish is also desired.
