Responsibilities
- Advisory & Corporate (Fiduciary Services):
- Company Formation: Registration of companies across various jurisdictions tailored to client needs.
- Banking Solutions: Facilitation and management of bank account openings and related operations.
- Trustee Services: Establishment and administration of trustee services, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
- Corporate Administration: Comprehensive company administration, including governance, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day operational support.
- Managing employees and assuming leadership responsibilities.
- Overseeing client satisfaction and ensuring operational excellence in areas such as banking (KYC, AML, account setups), registrar activities (company registrations, compliance reporting), and company administration.
- Supervising collaboration with accountants, auditors, and ensuring compliance with DAC 6.
- Developing and executing company policies and procedures and advising senior management on strategic improvements.
- The focus is on department management and operational oversight rather than generating new business. We need someone who can align with this purpose and prioritize organizational efficiency and client satisfaction
Requirements
- A University/College degree in Law, Accounting, or professional qualification in International Tax; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 6 years of management experience, ideally in corporate services.
- Knowledge and experience in the field of Corporate, Commercial, Tax and Property Law, Double Tax Treaties, Corporate Legislation.
- Proven expertise in management and leadership.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
