Key Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in court and out-of-court proceedings.
• Draft legal documents, including resolutions, contracts, and pleadings.
• Provide legal opinions on corporate, commercial, and contract law matters.
• Incorporate companies in various jurisdictions and handle Registrar submissions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
Qualifications:
• Accredited university degree in Law.
• Junior Lawyer with a solid understanding of Cyprus litigation processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Greek.
