Position: Compliance Officer

Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced Compliance Officers to fill full-time positions with reputable financial firms in Nicosia. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of CySEC regulations and the ability to oversee compliance frameworks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures in line with CySEC requirements.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and ensure effective internal controls are in place.
- Provide guidance to management and staff on regulatory obligations and compliance best practices.
- Monitor regulatory developments and proactively address changes impacting the organization.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports to CySEC and other relevant authorities.
- Deliver training sessions to staff to promote a culture of compliance.
Qualifications:
- Holder of CySEC Advanced Certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in a compliance role within the financial sector.
- Solid understanding of MiFID II, AML regulations, and CySEC requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Greek is an advantage.
