The Social Media Manager will play a important role in enhancing the exposure of our expo products across various social media platforms and driving engagement with our audience. This role will be responsible for overseeing the entire social media management of our events products, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing strategy.
The Social Media Manager will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to ensure cohesion and alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy Development:
- Create detailed social media strategies for our brands, taking into account the specificities of audiences and channels.
- Develop a comprehensive social media formats playbook.
- Social Media Management
- Create and regularly update a social media calendar.
- Post the content on various social media platforms.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Content Management:
- Create and regularly update a social media calendar.
- Brief the team responsible for delivering social media content.
- Post the content on various social media platforms.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media performance to be approved by the Head of Marketing (HoM).
- Monitor analytics and react in a timely manner to optimize performance.
- Innovation and Adaptation:
- Understand the social media landscape deeply enough to propose innovative strategies and tactics.
- Create content independently, on the spot, if needed.
- Community Engagement:
- Monitor social media inboxes closely and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Campaign Execution:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions to drive brand awareness, engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign messaging and objectives.
- Stay Updated:
- Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and experiment with new strategies and features.
