We are seeking a Corporate Governance Specialist to oversee and manage the corporate governance framework for our global organization. This role requires a proactive individual with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in corporate governance practices.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day corporate administration for a multinational group of companies spanning Cyprus, Greece, Spain, Bulgaria, Costa Rica, Vietnam, China, USA, El Salvador, Qatar, UAE, Nigeria, and Rwanda.
- Coordinate workflows with internal departments to ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
- Draft, review, and execute essential corporate documents.
- Prepare and submit regulatory filings to relevant authorities.
- Manage the contact management system, processing contracts, creating smart values, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and databases through effective document management, including electronic and physical filing.
- Handle document certification, apostille, and notarization processes.
- Support group-wide AML/KYC compliance initiatives.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in corporate governance, legal, or compliance roles.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
