Our client is one of the leading and rapidly expanding companies. They are
seeking to appoint a KEY ACCOUNT based in Nicosia.
The Key accounts Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing
relationships with key accounts. This role involves ensuring customer satisfaction,
meeting sales targets, and fostering long-term partnerships to drive business growth.
The key accounts leader will also oversee the performance of account representatives,
ensuring that strategic goals are met efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or related
roles, preferably in the wholesale or B2B sector.
Experience in leading a team
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Very good knowledge of the Cyprus Market and especially in FMCG.
Fluency in Greek and English language
Remuneration - Benefits:
€2200 - €2500 monthly gross salary depends on experience and qualifications
13th salary,
provident fund 2%,
yearly bonus based on sales.
