Alpha Bank Cyprus seeks to recruit a Nicosia Unit Manager for our International Banking team.
The candidate in this position will be responsible to coordinate and manage daily operations to provide excellent customer service, promote bank products/services, and ensure staff performs duties accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and promoting bank products.
- Control and supervision of the team.
- Achievement of objectives, targets, KPIs and ensure IBU profitability.
- Stay informed about local market trends and customer needs for growth strategies.
- Monitor financial statements and monthly performance results, taking prompt corrective actions.
- Develop professional relationships, promote Bank products, and stay updated on economic trends.
- Implement information and physical security measures, reporting issues to Management.
- Execute directives, act professionally, and confirm IBU operations align with the Bank's goals.
- Take necessary actions to improve services offered.
- Supervise timely preparation and submission of required reports to Management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Business development, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Business development, or a related field and/or ACA/ACCA will be considered as an advantage.
- 10 years related experience in international banking or a related field is required.
- Excellent managerial skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft office and other banking applications.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
