Your Mission
We are looking for a Regional Nurse Manager to lead a fast-growing network of medical professionals. Reporting to our Medical Director, you will be assigned with the responsibility to organize and manage resources to deliver care.
Responsibilities
- Establish an extensive network of nurses and carers, manage the development of the network, and assign delivery of care.
- Develop strategies, processes and procedures to ensure quality of care delivered.
- Establish relationships with referring professionals.
- Manage stocks and consumables.
- Participate in the Home Health Management Committee.
Qualifications
- Valid registration with the Nurses Registry of the Ministry of Health
- MSc in Community Nursing
- At least 3+ years of experience in a hospital setting. Incremental experience in a home health environment will be considered an advantage
- Ability to build internal and external relationships to gain and share information
- Creative problem solver and ability to manage stressful situations whilst juggling multiple challenges
- Good organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Language: Fluent in Greek and English. Other languages - an advantage
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Driving License
- Highly motivated team player
