As a QA/project coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our product and systems. You'll manage end-to-end QA processes, and drive projects to a successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage quality assurance across multiple projects.
- Develop and implement QA strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Oversee testing activities, including manual, automated, performance, and regression testing.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
- Report on key metrics, including defect rates, testing coverage, and project milestones.
- Continuously improve QA processes and adopt best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, or 2+ years of experience in a project management role with QA knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing frameworks, and tools (e.g. Selenium, Jira).
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project coordination.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Certifications such as PMP, ISTQB, or CSM.
- Experience with test automation and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with proprietary trading would be considered advantageous.
