The Communications Assistant supports the development and execution of communication plans to enhance the brand’s internal and external messaging. This role involves assisting with content creation, scheduling and testing communication activities, while leveraging excellent organizational and research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to ensure all processes run smoothly.
🎯 The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:
- Collaborate with team members to create high-quality content, including emails, shoutouts, notifications, and SMS.
- Support the management of various internal and external communication channels.
- Assist in the development and implementation of communication plans with Communications Lead’s guidance.
- Provide feedback on communication materials and strategies, contributing to improvements where necessary.
- Ensure all communication outputs align with branding guidelines and reflect the brand voice.
- Proofreads materials to maintain consistency and professionalism.
- Assist in planning and executing A/B testing for communication content to evaluate effectiveness.
⚡ All you need is…
- A minimum of 1-2years of experience in a communications or related role.
- Proficiency in English.
- Familiar with E-mail marketing tools.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in digital communication platforms.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment..
Nice to have
- Familiarity with graphic design principles or basic design skills.
- Previous experience in iGaming.
- Certifications in digital marketing or related fields.
