KORRES is seeking a detail-oriented and commercially driven analyst to join our team. This role sits analyzing sales performance, commercial practices, pricing strategies, and market trends. The ideal candidate will provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making and enhance business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales & market data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for growth
- Assessing investment priorities and Return on Investment (ROI) by product, category, and channel
- Providing monthly and weekly sales reports on relative BUs
- Develop and enhancing sales forecasting models
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing and finance teams to evaluate commercial strategies and promotional effectiveness
- Analyzing P&L by Business Unit , country, distribution channel and product category on both annual and monthly bases
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to provide insights into business positioning
- Assist in preparing commercial financial reports and presentations for senior management
- Support the budgeting and planning processes, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives
- Evaluate brand performance by customer / channel profitability and make recommendations for improvement
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably in a sales or commercial environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Advanced proficiency in SAP & Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial processes
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
