Packaging Team Leader to join our Team. You will be working in a challenging international environment which embraces continuous learning and growth alongside a dynamic team of experienced professionals.
Responsibilities
- Production schedule delivery (shift work model)
- KPIs monitoring and productivity goals achievement
- Human resources optimal allocation and management
- Lean manufacturing tools execution to ensure line performance (Production daily performance settings and communication / Autonomous Maintenance / Quick changeover / Process optimization)
- Ensure Human Safety and Product Quality principles are followed (GMPs, ISO Standards, Documentation)
- Able to train and/or monitor the training of production personnel (in Technical, Human safety and Quality topics)
Requirements
- (Technical) University Degree
- Experience in manufacturing shift operations (preferably in packaging), preferably above 3 years
- Production KPIs and basic financial acumen
- Lean manufacturing methodologies
- Human Safety and Product Quality principles
- ISO Standardization requirements
- Basic knowledge of machine operation principles (electrical/pneumatical/mechanical parts technology)
- People management
- Process rigor
- Flexibility
- Ability to work efficiently with other departments and understand the business needs and priorities
- Risk assessment/management
- Organizational skills
- ERP (sap)
- Excel / Word
