Production Planner to join our Team. You will be working in a challenging international environment which embraces continuous learning and growth alongside a dynamic team of experienced professionals.
Responsible for the development of production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met
MAIN RESPONISBILITIES
- Planning of new products and side-projects by incorporating requirements in the main production schedule
- Coordinating planning actions for new products/new launches in collaboration with other departments
- Monitoring the detail production schedule evolution
- Evaluating purchase orders to support the production schedule of the plant
- Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in production
- Communicating with internal stakeholders about production schedules and significant plan changes that affect the agreed deadlines
- Monitoring materials' stock levels and taking actions that lead to inventory reduction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Logistics or a related field
- At least- 2-4 years of working experience in Production Planning/Supply chain management, preferably in cosmetics or pharma industry
- Mandatory knowledge of SAP R/3 (SAP S/4HANA) and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work under pressure in a volatile environment driven by commercial trends
- Strong understanding of the supply chain process
- Problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to focus on numbers for long periods
