Key Responsibilities
- Manage digital marketing metrics across Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, ets.
- Develop effective strategies for user acquisition and remarking in Google Ads&Apple Search Ads that meet business needs and KPIs across all major regions
- Keyword selection, bid strategy selection and optimization of ad creatives (CPP)
- Ongoing analytics of ad campaign status and finding solutions to optimize cost and quality of traffic. Scaling of work bundles
- Collaborating with marketing and design teams to create compelling ads that meet brand standards and user preferences.
- Continually monitoring industry trends, analyzing competitors and incorporating new technologies into campaign strategies to stay ahead of the competition
- Tracking competitor activity in paid traffic channels
- Maintaining reports
- Providing continuous and actionable analytics on campaign performance, suggesting new ideas to improve results
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar position
- Deep understanding of the technical details of mobile environments
- Experience working with budgets $100k or more, preferably from $500k, and a large number of ad campaigns
- Experience with Apple Search Ads campaign optimization and management systems (Split-metrics Acquire/Asapty) would be an advantage
- Experience with mobile app analytics systems: Adjust, AppsFlyer, AppMagic, Amplitude, AppFigures
- Excellent communication skill, ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Ability to provide ongoing and actionable analytics on campaign performance and offer new insights to improve results
- Data-driven mindset, eager to delve into data, identify correlations, construct hypotheses, and test and verify them
- Knowledge and experience with subscription applications would be an advantage
- Experience with various advertising channels such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc. would be an advantage.
