We are looking for a responsible and detail oriented experienced Senior Dealer who is interested in growing their career into the Finance and Investment industry by joining our Global Dealing team in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
- Performing routine monitoring tasks to ascertain system performance and optimising system parameters
- Liaison with technical team on the maintenance and enhancement of trading and monitoring systems
- Following the company’s operational procedures and internal controls in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitoring and analysing client’s trading activities and exposures
- Hedging following the company risk policy
- Providing internal support to the client facing team on trading related inquiries,
- Communication with counterparties
- Keeping up to date with financial markets information and conducting market research
- Perform regular competitor analysis
- Leading the team of dealers
Requirements:
- Qualifications in quantitative field are desirable
- Minimum 3-5 years experience working on a CFD/Spread Betting dealing desk required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of the CFD market landscape and competition globally
- High level of numeracy and attention to detail
- Hands-on mentality and ability to deliver without supervision
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to ongoing changes quickly
- Dynamic, entrepreneurial mindset and be able to deliver accurate results in a timely manner
- Advanced MS Excel & SQL skills desirable
- Python skills preferable
- Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)
