Requirements
- BA in Hospitality and Tourism Management or relevant studies
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a luxury environment.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written Greek and English. Knowledge of any additional language will be an advantage
- Available to start in May 2025
- Experience with OPERA PMS
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing personality with the ability to communicate efficiently with all parties
- Ability to ensure security and confidentiality of guest and hotel information
- Ability to work with constant interruptions with a high degree of professionalism
- Must have the flexibility to work on a rotating roster including public holidays and weekends
- Thorough follow-up, strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Support day- to- day operations, ensuring the quality and Marriott Standards.
- Provide immediate assistance to guests and handle guests' complaints.
