We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented
In-Room-Dining (IRD) Waiter/ Waitress to join our team for the summer season 2025.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional in-room dining service to guests, ensuring a luxurious and personalized experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely and precise delivery
- Set up, serve and clear in-room dining trays according to brand standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the IRD area and equipment
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and the departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide recommendations to guests regarding menu items and beverages
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, adhering to health and safety protocols
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter/ waitress in luxury hotels or fine dining establishments is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer- focused approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- A professional appearance and commitment to uphold the resort's luxury standards.
