Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Director at HostingB2B in Larnaca, with flexibility for some remote work. The Customer Success Director will be responsible for overseeing customer satisfaction, retention, account management, team leadership, and enhancing overall customer experience on a day-to-day basis.
