We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed
Training Manager to join our dynamic team at HFM.
Overview:
The
Training Manager will design, implement, and manage training programs aimed at enhancing the knowledge, skills, and performance of all roles within the commercial department. This role is crucial to ensuring that all team members are equipped to excel in their positions and contribute to the overall success of HFM.
Your role at HFM:
- Develop comprehensive training and induction programs tailored to the needs of Business Development, Sales, Strategic Partnerships, and Marketing teams.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for development.
- Deliver engaging training sessions through various formats, including in-person workshops, online webinars, and self-paced modules.
- Create and maintain up-to-date training materials, manuals, and resources relevant to the forex and CFD industry.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback, testing, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team leaders to align training strategies with departmental goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the department
Requirements
- BA/BSc in Business Administration or any related field.
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably within the financial services or forex industry.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Proficiency in using training platforms and tools (e.g., LMS systems).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
- Ability to analyse and adapt training programs based on performance outcomes and industry trends.
