Role Overview
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be instrumental in maintaining and expanding the company’s global presence. Beyond managing client portfolios, you will focus on upselling opportunities and representing the company at international exhibitions twice a year, showcasing its exceptional product range to a global audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
- Upselling and Growth: Identify and pursue upselling opportunities to maximize revenue and strengthen partnerships.
- Global Representation: Represent the company at prestigious international exhibitions twice annually, promoting its products and brand.
- Product Expertise: Provide clients with tailored solutions, showcasing an in-depth understanding of the product portfolio.
- Account Management: Oversee client accounts, track performance, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Issue Resolution: Address client concerns with agility, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong skills in upselling, business development, and account growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
- Willingness to travel internationally twice a year to represent the company at exhibitions.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A background in manufacturing or product-based industries is an advantage.
