We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed
Event Planner to join our dynamic team at HFM.
The Event Planner will manage and deliver impactful internal and external events that align with our brand values and business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, organization, and a strategic mindset to reinforce HFM's position as a trusted leader in the financial trading industry.
Your role at HFM:
- Event Planning: Develop and execute event plans that align with HFM’s marketing and business goals, including seminars, webinars, conferences, exhibitions, team-building activities, and milestone celebrations.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with the marketing, business development, and leadership teams to define event objectives and success metrics. Act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
- Logistics: Oversee all event logistics, supervise event-day operations, and address any challenges promptly.
- Compliance: Ensure all events comply with financial regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Budget Management: Prepare, monitor, and reconcile event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Post Event Evaluation: Gather feedback from attendees, analyse event performance, and create reports with insights and recommendations for future improvements.
Requirements
What You Bring:
- BSc/BA in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields.
- 3+ years’ experience in event planning, preferably in the financial or corporate sector.
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM, Jira, and event/project management tools.
- Experience with hybrid and virtual events.
- Flexibility to travel internationally as needed.
