We are looking for a talented System Game Designer to join our team!
In this role you will collaborate with international teams to create globally resonant games and contribute to a shared product vision for long-term development.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, Iterate and improve gameplay features, and shape the way in which they'll develop in the upcoming years
- Deconstruct and distill insights from reference games, gather ideas and craft them into actionable design documents.
- Organize, backfill, and provide detailed design specs on needed work, including visual mockups, to prevent design bottlenecks in production pipelines
- Take high-level ownership over final deliverables, to ensure the end-user experience is complete, balanced, polished, and tested
- Review economy health and fine tune system values.
- Balance existing gameplay elements to ensure healthy engagement KPIs, and maintain a healthy state of the overall game meta
- Collaborate actively with the analytics team throughout all development stages
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- A deep passion for creating and playing exceptional gameplay experiences.
- Proven experience with similar games, such as Idle Tycoons, Idle RPGs, RPG Battlers, 4x Strategies, or Farms.
- Demonstrated expertise as an economy-focused systems designer, particularly in the simulation games industry.
- Proficiency with Excel or similar tools for balancing game features and economy, managing data, and tracking gameplay impacts.
- Great knowledge of industry design trends and best practices. You should know how others are solving problems even if bespoke solutions are the answer.
- Excellent teamwork skills, recognizing that game development is a collaborative effort.
- Proficient in English, with strong reading, writing, and speaking abilities.
- Fluent in English - reading, writing and speaking
