Iason Shipping company is looking for a talented, dynamic person to join our company team of professionals as an Administration Assistant - Receptionist.

This position plays a crucial role, serving as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist visitors in a polite and professional manner
Manage incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and efficiency
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Manage electronic scheduling of calendars including appointments and coordination of meetings with proficiency and accuracy
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages with precision and attention to detail
Perform administrative duties including filing, data entry and preparation of reports
Coordinate office supply orders and inventory management
Monitor and report on the job performed by the professional cleaning service of the office space

Requirements

2+ years of previous work experience as a receptionist or administration assistant
University / College Degree
Proficiency in English (for verbal and in writing communication)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer centric attitude is a must
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and attitude is essential
