We are currently operating in over 1,000 locations in over 35 countries, worldwide. Thanks to our growing expansion, we are looking for our Marketcenter in Thessaloniki, a Front Desk Receptionist.

About The Role

The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments and performing administrative tasks. He/ She serves as the first point of contact for clients and contributes to maintaining a welcoming and organized front office environment.

Key Responsibilities,

Greet and assist walk-in clients, customers and staff
Answer phone calls, take messages and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry and scheduling appointments
Prepare meeting rooms
Manage the reception area and keep it organised
Support service inbox and outbox e-mail
Help out with daily correspondence
Distribute memos, report and maintain up-to-date files
Assist with various office projects and tasks as needed

Required Qualifications,

Bachelor's degree or Diploma
Minimum 1 year of experience in similar position
Fluent in Greek and English language, written and spoken (knowledge of German language will be a plus)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace
Highly motivated and team-oriented
Dynamic, pro-active and versatile
Highly organised with professional communication and coordinating skills
Accustomed to multitasking
