My name is Tereza Kolomazníková, and I am writing to express my interest in applying for a back office/Customer support. I am originally from the Czech Republic but currently reside and work in Limassol.
With 4 years of experience as an Account Manager, onboarding specialist and customer support. I have gained extensive expertise in communication with IBs and affiliates, onboarding tasks, and back office management. My responsibilities have included:
Client communication with IBs and affiliates
New registrations, name checks, and MRZ/PPT checks, additional currency and users
Document verification for clients, IBs, affiliates, joint accounts, and company accounts, adhering to three different regulatory frameworks
Processing deposits and withdrawals
Managing communications via email, WhatsApp, chat, and phone calls
Communication in English, Czech and Slovak language.
