The position

ATC is looking for a Secretary General to join our Office Administration team. You will play an integral role being responsible for maintaining and organizing office tasks, implementing procedures and carrying out additional administrative duties of our organization.

The role includes a strong cooperation with all the business units of the company as well as with external partners and collaborators. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a forward-thinking organization that is dedicated to innovation in technology and research.

Key Responsibilities

Front-desk related tasks (greeting visitors, manage call center and directing inquiries to the appropriate individuals or departments)
Organize, coordinate and supervise corporate travel of the organization
Distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain appointment schedules, calendars and meeting room availability
Manage office supplies
Supervise the proper operation of building facilities
Manage the office related budget
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc

Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration or a related field will be considered as an asset
Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Adept in using office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, project management tools)
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and fluently both in Greek and English
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
Experience in managing schedules and coordinating events
Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
