Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager at Cocoon Suites in Santorini. The Front Office Manager will oversee daily operations, manage customer check-ins and check-outs, ensure customer satisfaction, handle reservations and front office tasks, and facilitate effective communication within the team.

Qualifications

Office Administration and Front Office skills
Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
Excellent Communication skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial
Previous experience in a similar role
