On behalf of our iGaming Client we are looking for self driven individuals to join their Sales team in Limassol (Cyprus). There is also the option to work from one of their office in Warsaw (Poland).

The ideal candidate is locally based and willing to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

To proactively engage with players via outbound calls, providing assistance with site usage to boost activity, retention, and reactivation rates.
Making daily outbound calls and follow ups
Assisting new players and current players to ensure they have no blockers to enjoying the company products
Promoting the site, products, campaigns and overall entertainment offering
Work with other departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP and Customer Support

Requirements:

Bilingual or native level of Slovenian and fluent English
At least 1 year of experience in forex, sales or even customer support with a sales attitude
A comfort in striking up conversations whilst confidently promoting the companys’ sites, products and promotions.
A drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basis
An understanding of the Casino and/or sports betting industry
Availability to work on shifts rotation (Monday to Friday on shifts; 9am to 18,00pm or 10,00am to 19,00pm depending on the needs of the market + 2 Saturdays per month - Please note hours might change based on the market needs).

Salary: Competitive and based on experience + KPIs bonus unlimited after the 3rd month of employment.
