We seek a high-performing and enthusiastic Marketing and Event Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities

Plan and Execute events for Attica Media Group brands
Cooperate with sponsors, internal partners, and external vendors
Manage all logistical aspects of events, including venue sourcing
Support the preparation procedures and ensure the successful flow of the events
Coordinate the advertising of events through multiple channels (digital, radio, print)
Implement the marketing plan for women's magazines
Communicate with clients to find on-pack premium products for the magazines
Responsible for on-pack orders and delivery
Coordinate the advertising of on-packs through multiple channels (TV, digital, radio, print)

Qualifications and skills

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing
A proven record of planning and organising successful events
Previous experience in the publishing sector will be considered a plus
Strong organisational and management skills
Ability to work under pressure, to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and to ensure deadlines
Team player with great communication and collaboration skills
Being creative and having proactive thinking with a problem-solving attitude
Greek, English, and IT literacy
Full-time salary
