The Role: GTM Engineer (Remote, Full-Time)

Looking for a GTM Engineer to join our team and help craft and execute GTM strategies for our clients. This role is about more than just outreach—it’s about engineering every part of the process to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time.

You’ll work across key areas like list building, social selling, and cold email motions, using data, creativity, and AI tools to drive conversations that lead to pipeline growth.

The D2D

List Building: Engineer hyper-targeted lists using firmographics, intent signals, and creative segmentation.
Social Selling: Turn LinkedIn into a relationship-building engine with engagement strategies and evergreen campaigns.
Cold Email Campaigns: Craft personalized sequences that drive meaningful conversations at scale.
Data & AI: Leverage AI tools to build, enrich, and segment data that powers relevance.
Experiment & Optimize: Test new strategies and iterate quickly based on results.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience in list building and creative segmentation.
Strong knowledge of GTM strategies and a passion for solving outbound challenges.
Proficiency in LinkedIn social selling and engagement tactics.
Expertise in crafting personalized cold email campaigns that convert.
Familiarity with AI sales tools (Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, etc.).
Analytical mindset with the ability to experiment, learn, and optimize.
Exceptional communication skills and a knack for building relationships.
