Key Responsibilities

Daily Transactions: Accurately record and maintain all financial transactions in compliance with company policies.
Invoice Management: Process invoices, receipts, and payments while ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding balances.
Account Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements and accounts monthly to maintain accurate financial records.
Reporting: Support the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts as required by management.
Administrative Duties: Handle filing, data entry, and other general administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field OR relevant experience.
Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
