Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Account Manager at Base Element. The role involves providing expert consulting on digital marketing and communication strategies, ensuring client campaigns are executed successfully, meeting deadlines, budgets, and KPIs. It includes managing client relationships, understanding their business models and marketing strategies, and maintaining effective communication throughout the contract lifecycle. The position requires designing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, staying updated with the latest industry trends, and leveraging tools and platforms to enhance client strategies. Responsibilities also include budget management, resolving campaign issues, analyzing data through tools like Google Analytics, and ensuring the successful completion of assigned projects.The position is based in Nicosia with the flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Online Advertising skills
Data Analysis and Reporting capabilities
Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns
Content Strategy and Content Management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team
Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing or related field
Fluent in Greek and English
