We are seeking an experienced KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Manager to lead influencer collaborations and drive brand awareness for Funtico. The ideal candidate has a strong background in influencer marketing, preferably in the crypto, gaming, or Web3 industries, and excels at building relationships with both individual influencers and influencer agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Management:

Research, evaluate, and onboard influencers/KOLs in crypto and gaming niches.
Work with agencies to identify and secure collaborations.
Negotiate terms and oversee campaign deliverables.

Campaign Execution:

Develop and communicate campaign goals and briefs.
Track influencer performance (engagement, reach, ROI) and ensure alignment with objectives.
Prepare reports with actionable insights.

Collaboration:

Align influencer campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
Track budgets and manage resources effectively.

Relationship Building:

Maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers and agencies.
Regularly engage with partners to optimize results.

Requirements

Experience:

2+ years in influencer marketing, ideally in crypto or Web3.
Experience working with influencer agencies.

Skills:

Proficiency in English (Russian or Ukrainian is a plus).
Strong Excel skills for tracking data and results.
Ability to evaluate influencer profiles and audience fit.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
