Tashev Law seeks a highly organized and proactive Corporate Office Manager to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of a dynamic law firm, contributing to the smooth operation of our corporate services.

Bank Account Management:

Opening corporate bank accounts.
Managing existing accounts, including overseeing transactions, liaising with banks, and ensuring compliance with banking procedures.
Addressing and resolving banking-related issues promptly.

Administrative Support:

Managed company documentation and ensured all files were accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with legal standards.
Monitoring deadlines for company obligations (e.g., filings, reports, renewals) and ensuring timely execution of all requirements.

Communication Management:

Answering and redirecting phone calls with a professional demeanor.
Managing correspondence with clients, banks, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.

Corporate Administration:

Handling the setup and ongoing administration of corporate entities.
Assisting with the preparation of reports, forms, and other required documentation.
Organizing meetings, maintaining schedules, and coordinating office activities.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar administrative or office management role.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with corporate administration and banking procedures is an advantage.
