Kaimakliotis LLC is recruiting for the position of Junior Associate / Associate in our Transactional (Corporate & Finance) practice at our offices in Larnaca, Cyprus.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, working, amongst others on M&A, corporate advisory, finance and private client matters. Responsibilities and Duties:

- Drafting and reviewing legal documents

- Undertake legal due diligence

- Research and drafting legal memorandums and legal opinions

- Ongoing communication with clients and instructing international law firms

- Reviewing and negotiating key legal documents, such as sale and purchase agreements etc.

- Corporate law advice, with a focus on the Cyprus Companies Law with respect to cross-border mergers and conversions/redomiciliations

Key Skills Required:

- Bachelor degree in law

- Common law legal and academic background

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure

- Enthusiastic team player
