Running in Cyprus, a leading company in the sports industry is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our team as a Marketing & Events Officer. With a focus on organizing running events and operating a sports shop, we are expanding our horizons into Marketing & Consulting, and we believe you can play a pivotal role in this exciting venture.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop innovative content for social media and email marketing, and oversee the planning of the content calendar.
Collaborate with our ambassador team to create engaging content, including coordinating photoshoots.
Prepare compelling presentations and proposals for partners and sponsors.
Engage with vendors and suppliers for merchandise, printing, and media-related services.
Assist in the planning and execution of events.
Represent the company at various events, both nationally and internationally, contributing to promotion efforts.
Propose and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality of our services and products.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Events, Communications, or Sports Management.
Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in an organized manner.
Knowledge of social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, LinkedIn.
Proficient in analyzing and interpreting metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Strong understanding of B2C marketing trends, with a focus on social media.
Passion for sports.

Language Requirements:

Strong proficiency in both Greek and English is essential.

Benefits:

The proposed annual gross salary for this position ranges from €14,000 to €19,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
